For me the most important PEC’s is Commitment To The Work Contract, because if you’re committed to one thing or work especially if you love it you’ll do anything no matter what for the good sake of your work. Even you have hard time you will exert more effort not just an effort but more, for the happiness of the costumers. Because one the costumer is happy and you see his/her genuine smile all of your stress will be relieve. .

To conclude, PEC`s is the key characteristics that should possessed by a person to be successful entrepreneurs. PEC`S will cultivate and inherent the qualities in a person to make a success of his/her venture.

For me Information Seeking is the most important among the 10 Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies. Because making/planning a business you must have ideas before doing it. Research the information that will lead you to perform a great business. Information is the most important to build up yourself and your business. Achieve and seek knowledge.

There`s no least important PEC`s for me. It is always said in doing the same things over and over again and expecting a different result. When things went bad, challenges/problems will come and because of that you will try to solve the challenges/problems. Also, when you make a mistake you can learn from it. So bad/wrong things have the power to turn you into something better than you before.

10 Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies is very important because these things can help and change you to a better person. It helps to educate the people, to do the right things and gain their own characteristics that will lead them to achieve their own career. For me, Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies shall be possessed by every entrepreneurs who are dreaming or hoping that the business that they made will be a successful one. Because PEC's helps us in our weaknesses and overcome the weaknesses we have. PEC's should be learned by new entrepreneurs who are just starting or about to start their businesses so that they would know on what area they are lacking. And also, PEC's for me is a requirement to be a successful entrepreneur.

In my opinion, the most important Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies is Goal Setting.
Because I'm the type of a person who would like to challenge himself. If I have goals, it means I want to achieve something for the good of my business. Having goals as an entrepreneur, gives you a mindset to do your best on everyday life and doing your best how to be a successful person in the future.
