What is PEC'S

In this Ten(10) Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies(PEC's), what do you think the most important?

for me, the most important out of all this is being persistent. Because being persistent is basically taking repeated or different actions to overcome an obstacle.

For me, the most important PEC's that an entrepreneur must possess is Initiative and Opportunity Seeking. Because in having a business we need to find opportunities so that our business can be a success. And also being Initiative we can make new innovations that can be used in the near future.

For me, all of the PEC's are important, but if i will choose what the very least is Risk Taking. Because, why will we risk our business if there are many ways in solving the problem. Not all entrepreneurs possess risk taking because they find ways on everything just to make their business success.

It is big help for the beginner who want to build his on business and and following these helps us to become a successful. And we can teach these to the new generations of entrepreneurs.

What is the difference/s of the three cluster?

Achievement cluster - helps an entrepreneur to be successful because of what he achieved
Planning cluster - helps an entrepreneur to plan things so that your business will be successful
Power cluster - helps an entrepreneur to control of what will happen in your business

For me, PEC'S is/are the traits and personalities needed for a entrepeneur in his/her certain business, especially if that entrepeneur is new to the field of business marketing and selling. PEC'S serves as a guide to lead entrepeneurs to success in their business, from showing the different clusters and traits for a good entrepeneur to giving techniques totake advantage of in the field of entrepeneurship.

I'm gonna say that all PEC's is important for a entrepeneur in the field of business. One PEC's might nor work so well if not without the other, but if the least important PEC's is being asked, I would say the "Systematic planning and monitoring" is the least important for my opinion. I couldn't say this PEC's is useless, but the others are way more important to prioritize first than planning.

So yeah I will answer my own question. For me all the 10 PEC’s given above are all important. Nothing is least important.

For me nothing, all you have to do is to possess those “10 PEC’s” to succeed in your business.

For me, Persuasion and Networking are very important. My successful cousin told me a few months ago that one of the most important things to have when trying to be an entrepreneur is to have a "good" network of friends. A good network of friends can help an entrepreneur reach his goal.

It means that complaining won't change any problem that happens. It would be best if you made differences in order to fix the problem.

In my own opinion, being a persistent entrepreneur is utterly necessary because being persistent basically means withstanding the predicaments you are facing in your business. It also implies that a persistent entrep. should have the courage to overcome the impediments that comes in his/her way.

We shouldn't focus on just one competency, instead focus on all of them as they are all equally important in business and as an entrepreneur.

I think it was saying that when bad luck strikes you, you need to change yourself, you need to change what is your current characteristics.

We should not focus on one competency, because these competencies are very important, if one competency is gone it will be over.

Planning Cluster helps the entrepreneur in making systematic plans in his business
Achievement Cluster helps the entrepreneur to know what he have to achieve and

Hmm. I think these PEC's are much likely related so as an opinion. For me, As long as a recipe has one ingredient that is missing it will be a failure and so as attaining those PEC's.
