I can say that an entrepreneur cannot simply and easily succeed without these characteristics;
not like business is easy though.

Being an entrepreneur is not just an easy task where you just sell stuff and earn money. It takes alot of effort and hardwork to succeed.

As being said,being an entrepreneur means a serious business and not a big fat joke,for one must obsess these attributes to become an entrepreneur.Other than his/her money and the products or services he/she sells to customers,his/her character should be developed well in order for them to be successfull.

Being a entrepreneur need to much efforts and hard works to succeed. Without these things you cannot succeed or you cannot easily succeed in business life. For short, goals are meant to be met, not to be dream of.

PEC`S is really important to assess and to know what characteristics, traits, attributes and special abilities you are lock to. PEC`S can also provide what kind of entrepreneurial activities you can do to improve yourself. PEC`S will help you to correct weaknesses and develop your strength for better benefits.

For me the statement is true. Why? Because entrepreneurs have created things that have helped everyone in the world. Entrepreneurs are called innovators and creators because they want to help people through their products and services. When you dream you need to do things to achieve it. If you dream but you do not make the way to achieve it, it's just worthless. Everyone can dream but take steps to achieve it and become a great entrepreneur someday.

Personal entrepreneurial competencies also known as PECs are the indispensable characters and traits entrepreneurs must possess in order to succeed in business. it is very important to assess the status or the personal competency level before engaging in a particular activity in order to know your weakness and strengths when it comes to entrepreneurship. In such a way, you will be able to correct your weaknesses and develop your strengths for the benefit of the activity.

Verbal communication involves both speaking and listening. In a business organization, listening is key to effective working relationships among employees and between management and staff. Listening skills also impact a company's interaction with customers and other businesses.

What do you mean by that?

Of course if a person or an individual makes ways or actions to achieve his or her dream but the outcome is the things he or she loves. When someone builds his own business it symbolizes the things he/she wants because it is easier for a person to work if this is what he wants. And you need to change yourself first or improve yourself before your business because yourself will be a guide to improve your own business. Remember the things you've done or done are results of your own personality.

I'm definitely a goal oriented person. Being a goal oriented person is a good characteristic because when you have it you can achieve your desired dreams. When you have done something that has been assigned to you and you made the best result you can do you can now do it with the same results in your daily life/tasks.

Why is listening a skill??

Listening is a skill because all great people just started listening to their parents, their teachers and the lesson of their lives. Being a good listener is a great feature that will make it possible to achieve what you want. If you do not become a good listener it will be a way to fall from the things you enjoy now. A way to success is being a good listener.

Honestly, I'm so annoyed with memorizing those things that are also written on our ICT Module. It tends to repeat again and again, without us practicing it. Para sa akin ito ay totoo. Dahil aanhin mo ang pangarap mo kung ikaw mismo hindi mo sinisimulang kumilos. Kaya kung ikaw ay totoo at successful na entrepreneur maaaring nangarap kalang sa una pero sinamahan mo ito ng paggawa kaya ika’y nagtagumpay. Ika nga ‘Nasa Diyos ang awa, nasa tao ang gawa’. Halimbawa: Hindi porket wala kang trabaho ay mangangarap ka nalang kailangan mong kumilos upang matupad ang inaasam mong mithiin.
